Take part in a daily prayer
https://www.churchofengland.org/prayer-and-worship/join-us-service-daily-prayer/todays-prayer
A prayer for the final summer half term.
Dear God
Thank you that in the darkest of times you bring light
Thank you that in isolation you bring love
Thank you that when we are fearful you bring hope.
Thank you for our school, our children and young people,
Thank you for our staff team, our governors, our volunteers, our families
As we begin a new phase of school life
As we make decisions, as we face fears, as we seize opportunities
We ask that we might know Your light, Your love and Your Hope
That we may reflect light, love and hope in all that we do.
Amen
Dear God
Thank you that as we start a new term, in a new way, we are blessed with many ways to communicate
Thank you that as we start a new term, in a new way, we are able to adapt, to make changes
Thank you that as we start a new term, in a new way, we can encourage one another
Thank you for the opportunities to reassure, share with and encourage others
Thank you that through the Bible you share your words of reassurance and encouragement with us
Thank you for peace and for hope
Amen
