Exploring the seasonal change
Drama Tots came into Preschool and took us on an exciting pirate adventure.
We went on a Safari. The children were pointing from one animal picture to the next. We spoke about our safari journey and about what they have just seen and might see next. Afterwards, they described their journey to others and remembered the sequence in which they saw the different animals.
Roleplay is an important part of child development, as it builds confidence, creativity communication, physical development and problem-solving. Along with being a fun activity, it also allows children to get into character and act out real-life roles or fictional performances.

Acorns have been creative with their Autumn treasures they have found.
The children made their own healthy sandwiches.

The children used a salt free dough recipe, ventured into our Forest Area to create their nature portraits.
