The governors and staff are keen that children wear uniform as we believe that this helps to strengthen the sense of community within the school. The uniform at the school has been agreed by parents, governors and staff. As part of the home school agreement, parents are asked to ensure that all children are sent to school in this uniform. Please also ensure that each item is clearly named.
The uniform is: Red sweatshirt/cardigan
White polo shirt
Red gingham dress
PE kit is: White t-shirt
Black daps- NOT TRAINERS
Reception children also need a set of old clothes, waterproof coat and Wellington boots at all times.
Sweatshirts/Polo shirts and t-shirts with the school logo can be obtained from The Taunton Uniforms shop in Taunton.
Please ensure that your child also wears sensible shoes rather than fashion shoes or trainers. We also ask that no jewellery is worn to school and that if ears are pierced; only studs should be worn.
Children should also have a warm jacket with them in school at all times so that we can make last minute trips outside and into the locality. These are essential to the children’s learning.
